1. Start Your Order

2. Add Items to Your Cart
Select the products you’d like to purchase and add them to your cart.
3. Proceed to Checkout
When you’re ready, click “Checkout”.
4. Select Pickup (In-Store)
Under “Order Type,” choose “Pickup (In-Store)”.
5. Complete the Checkout Form
- Fill in the required details, including:
• Your full name (must match your ID)
• Valid phone number
• Government-issued ID upload (if requested).
6. Watch for a Text Notification
You’ll receive a text message letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.
7. Pick Up in Store
Bring your valid government-issued ID and follow these steps:
- Check in at the front desk.
- Confirm your order using the self-service kiosk.
8. Skip the Line - Use the Fast Lane
After the kiosk, do not get on the line for walk-in shoppers.
Instead, proceed directly to the first budtender checkout station, which is reserved for:
- Customer who pre-ordered online.
- ADA-accessible service
While waiting, you’re welcome to browse the open display cases featuring accessories and merchandise. Feel free to bring any additional items to the counter to add to your order.
9. Complete Your Purchase
Your budtender will verify your ID, finalize your order, and process your transaction.

- All purchases require a valid government-issued ID and 21+ age verification
- State laws on product limits, types, and quantities must be followed
- Pre-orders must be picked up on the same day they are placed
